Guidelines, Rules and Regulations for Indoor Booths.

SET UP TIME:
Friday: 3:00 - 6:00 pm

SATURDAY 7 – 9 AM. 

 

SHOW TIMES ARE SATURDAY 
10:00am – 4:00pm.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

 

  • NO SMOKING WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME.
  • NO LIVE ANIMALS INDOORS.  
  • ALL EQUIPMENT (TABLES, CHAIRS, ETC) MUST BE FURNISHED BY THE VENDORS WHO ARE PARTICIPATING.
  •  CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRTITING, MAILED TO THE PO BOX BELOW, AND POSTMARKED BY AUG. 30TH.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUG. 30TH.
  • VENDORS SHOULD NOT BREAK DOWN THEIR BOOTH SPACE BEFORE 4:00 PM,  FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS REQUEST WILL RESULT IN THE VENDOR NOT BEING ASKED BACK FOR FUTURE FOUNDERS DAY EVENTS.
  • VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP THEIR AREA, REMOVING THEIR EQUIPMENT & MERCHANDISE BY 5:00 PM SATURDAY.
  • FOUNDER’S DAY COMMITTEE OR THE REPRESENTATIVE OF FOUNDER’S DAY COMMITTEE AND THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH DO NOT ASSUME LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PARTICIPANTS OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OF THE PARTICIPANTS. 
  • PARTICIPANTS WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE FACILITY CAUSED BY THE PARTICIPANT(S) OR THEIR AGENTS.
